Hiraishin no Jutsu Minato Namikaze. Naruto’s Dad and Jiraiya’s pupil. Minato was the 4th Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, he was also known as “The Yellow Flash”. One of his popular techniques was the “Flying Thunder God Technique”, which allows him to teleport to the place where his kunai lands. I made Minato’s teleportation technique geometric. :P
